Two of our babies has to cross a bridge recently... I cannot say enough wonderful things about the care, compassion, and thoughtfulness we received during one of the most heartbreaking times for our family. We recently lost two of our beloved fur babies, and saying goodbye to them was incredibly difficult. From the very beginning, we felt that they were treated with dignity, gentleness, and genuine respect. Knowing they were in caring hands brought us comfort when we needed it most. What touched me especially were all the beautiful details they provided to help us hold onto their memory—the ink prints of their little paws and noses, the clay paw prints, and the beautiful biodegradable boxes with flower seeds. Every detail felt so thoughtful and personal. These are not simply keepsakes to us; they are precious pieces of our babies that we will treasure forever. When you are grieving the loss of a beloved animal, kindness matters more than words can express. They truly understand that our pets are not “just pets”—they are family, they are part of our lives, and their loss leaves an enormous empty space in our hearts. I am deeply grateful for the compassion and respect shown to our girls and to our family. Thank you for making such a painful goodbye a little more beautiful and for giving us these special memories to keep close to our hearts. I wanna wear those points I had to take and make sure my brother’s body was taken care of. Nathan was nothing but awesome and this place is nothing short of amazing. They’re so helpful kind and literally go out of their way to make sure everything is explained, and you understand everything that you’re going through! Me and my wife and my family cannot be happier with a service when everyone else treated us like a number they were there with helping hand. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The people at Clark County Crematory are the most wonderful people who genuinely care and worked tirelessly to help accommodate our cultural funeral rites and went above and beyond to help us jump through all the hoops required for us to get the correct certificates needed for us to travel overseas with the ashes for burial in another country. From the very first phone call with the owner who took my call after hours to help me on one of the worst days of my life, to the very last call from Lexie, who stayed in close communication with me every step of the way and gave me the good news that her mother personally drove to the post office to send our certificates registered mail so I would receive them before our flight departed. And all the amazing help and kindness from the crematory staff who helped us with our funeral rites and even put the special music we wanted on during the cremation. They made a very sad, heartbreaking experience, dignified with respect, kindness, comfort and even a few miracles and laughs. This is a family owned and operated business in the very best way. It was worth driving across state lines for. I hope no one else dies soon, but if they do, I know exactly who I will recommend: Clark County Crematory.
